  • To help coachees hold themselves accountable for taking necessary steps to achieve their goals. They actively seek feedback, reflect on their experiences, and make adjustments to their approach as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the content of coaching sessions, respecting the privacy and trust inherent in the coaching relationship.
  • To offer insights, perspectives, and advice to help mentees navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Mentors to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and competence in their respective fields. To inspire and motivate mentees through their actions, attitudes, and achievements.
  • To actively listen to their mentees, providing constructive feedback, encouragement, and support.
  • Offer guidance and perspective, helping mentees gain clarity, insight, and confidence in their decision-making processes.
  • To facilitate networking opportunities for their mentees, connecting them with relevant contacts, resources, and opportunities to expand their professional network and enhance their career prospects.
  • Assist mentees in identifying their career goals, exploring potential pathways, and developing skills necessary for success in their chosen field.
  • Offer guidance on professional development opportunities, job search strategies, and career advancement tactics.
